Grounding 'parking sensor' with sat nav?

Post by Leepash »

Basically with the sat nav ill be using, you cant use the navigation/phone whilst in motion. Apparently all I need to do is connect the parking sensor wire to earth. I really dont have a clue how to do this, I was wondering if anyone had simple instructions or maybe a video that would help me?

This is the guide im trying to follow - " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

If you need to ground a wire, just connect it to any piece of metal on the chassis. When you start lifting trim and the edges of the carpet, you will notice that lots of the car's wiring terminates at a bolt that goes into the chassis; that's a grounding point.
