Sorry, don't know the price but personally I would replace shockers as pairs, so double the budget.

I will look into getting both changed. Thanks mate.
Just quick question, I went to get the oil and filter changed today and we got the car on the ramp. And lifted it up. Once I got the car down and states to drive I'm getting a clunking noise that wasn't there before. My friend is the mechanic that did the oil change and I was there the entire Time so he's not touched anything else. He said it's probably the shocker tops that need to settle back down as the cars not been driven properly for 7 months and what not.. Anybody else had this issue before? It's really playing in my mind now, only happens on uneven ground (not speed bumps). It's gotten a little better since this morning but is still there.

had to order one last week! Your looking at around £220 from vw, around 195 from TPS if there is one local to you.

They're very pricey :-( I have a friend that works at VW so I'll see what discount I can get on Monday. If not I'll get one from TPS as they quoted 192 inc vat.Steveproc wrote:had to order one last week! Your looking at around £220 from vw, around 195 from TPS if there is one local to you.
