Window lock/unlock

Hi guys,
I've had my scirocco just over 2 weeks now and recently had a problem with the windows not dropping to allow the doors to be opened. I took it back to the dealer and they said it had a faulty ignition switch, which they replaced, and everything's been fine until earlier this evening when the window didn't drop on my driver side door to allow me to get out! I Will obviously call them back tomorrow and get them to test it again, but I'm just wondering if this is a regular problem that I'll just have to get used to?
I know it's easily corrected with the window reset/calibration procedure, but I shouldn't have to do that multiple times a day!
