Units trouble

Post by mshinkwin »

Hello Board members

Picked up my 2011 scirocco on Monday, it has a digital speedo in the display between the rev counter and analogue speedo, the only problem is its in kph!
There is a settings menu with units options in it but only effects the units consumption units as far as I can tell.

Can anyone help me to switch the digital speedo to mph?

Regards
Michael

It can't be easily done. Most cars have the speedo calibrated in mph and kmh but you will notice rhe speedo in the Scirocco is just calibrated in mph and the small digital display is there in lieu of kph calibration, hence why ir's in kph.

It is possible to have a large mph digital speedo by changing the country to the "Rest of the World" within the settings by connecting VCDS.
