315 Address Book bizarre behaviour

I have successfully paired my 315 with a Galaxy S5 and it downloads the contact list.

90% of the entries are correct but there are some really odd things going on.

• Some of the entries on my phone are not appearing in the 315 address book
• Some are appearing but only as numbers
• Some that appear on the 315 have no corresponding entry on the phone

I have tried a factory reset on the 315 and re-imported but I get the same results.

On the phone I have a GMail address book set up and exactly the same entries on the device address book.

I have exported the phone book to Excel and checked the entries are not corrupted in any way

Any ideas anyone?
