Is there any Company out there that is Volkswagen approved for tuning while your car is still under warranty and does not void it?
For example ford has mountune.
Thanks,

I believe some dealers accept VW Racing equipment, but you would have to speak to the manager directly.
All my mods are fine under warranty, provided the mod didn't cause the problem.
E.g Turbo failure due to increased pressure from remap.

Re: Tuning with warranty
Thanks for the quick reply
It's a revo stage 1 or 2 I would be looking at I've gone through my warrenty booklet and seeing what voids it and it doesn't say anything about remapping.
If for example I had it remapped and my DSG gear box broke would that still be under warranty?

Re: Tuning with warranty
Mapping the gear box and the gear box failing would not be covered under warranty.
Its common sense at the end of the day, if you have changed something from standard, then what you have changed is no longer covered, and if that you changed has implications then it again is not covered.
Put it like this mate, i have Revo 2+ on my R, I have left my DSG as its one of the more expensive items to fail if anything.
My exhaust, induction kit, uprated fuel pump etc, aren't covered. So if my engine completely fails, guess what! I'm not covered under warranty lol
Although all you have to do is return them to standard and then take it in for work

Re: Tuning with warranty
Thanks for explaining more, I think I will go through with a revo remap then and leave most other expensive engine parts standard
