I was hit yesterday in the rear and i have been to get a quote from VW but they said they will not be able to sort out the price until thursday. He said i need a new rear bumper which would need the whole thing spraying in deep pearl black and fitted.
Anyone have any ideas on the rough cost of this from a VW garage?

Dont know about the cost of the bumper but I had mine resprayed after an old bloke rubbed it with his car and it cost £350 to respray and refit - you just need to add in the cost of the bumper and you will have a rough guide price - assume up around £1,000 all in:yes:

Thanks, i think a new rear bumper is around £400 from VW so should be around £800 or so, cheers

Just had the quote through and to let yous all know it was £867 for a new rear bumper sprayed and fitted.
