one of the letters on the back of my car has come off another is loose and looking behind the 2 'O's it looks like the glue the badge has been stuck on with has started to crack the paint behind the badge!
are the badges put on by the dealership or are they put on in the factory? this will be covered in the warranty?

Re: badges
should be covered by the warranty I think. Cant imagine the dealer will argue about it anyway. I think they are fitted at the factory. Maybe yours were retro fitted after waxing? or it was damp or cold?

Re: badges
possibly im not sure... either way the glue has eaten int othe paintwork and cracked it

Re: badges
oops, didn't read your first post properly....
paintwork has a 10 year warranty from what i remember so no problem there. They probably applied the badges before the laquer was fully dried. Repainted bootlid comming your way. Make sure you kick up a fuss!
Good luck
