Newbie - Used Buyer Spec Check Mech' ?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and hopefully someone can advise on whether there is an online link that - with the reg or chassis number - I can find out what options the car had when new?

There isnt one that i know of ? , but i'm sure that there is something in roccopedia that mentions decoding the sticker on the boot floor ( this has most of the options codes on i believe)
