Hi guys,
I was driving home this morning in my MY2010 1.4 TSI 160 DSG roc, calmly and without putting the foot down. I noticed on 2 occasions after accelerating up to 4th gear or so if I let off the gas to slow down then accelerate again as the car is still in 3rd/4th it would have a slight judder then continue on as normal and the engine management light would flash for about 5 seconds?
Both occasions were about 10 mins into my drive and didnt happen again. I put it into sport mode and checked if acceleration was OK and it was back to normal. When I parked up I also listen out for any funny sounds from the engine but everything seems to be normal?
Any ideas? Would really appreciate it.

You really need to connect it to Vagcom / VCDS to see what faults have been recorded, if any.
Based on your brief description I would say you have an intermittent coilpack failure but it needs to be confirmed with the diagnostic software.
