NO FOAM ! what am i doing wrong

Hi, please can someone advise, just bought some snow foam from auto fines the avalanche snow foam pro , can’t get a single bubble or foam not one bit

What I am I doing wrong ? tried adjusting the spray but nothing

Could it be blocked or something. Lance has been working ok

will start with the potentially silly question.. are you using a specific snow foam lance?

How much avalanche did you put into the foam lance?? Did you then fill with hot water and give it a shake?
I have heard mixed reviews regarding auto finesse avalanche, some saying it creates a very thick foam, and some saying it produces hardly any foam.

Also on my foam lance there is 2 adjustment knobs. One makes it more thicker and other way is less thickness. and the other adjusts the spray pattern either wide spread or short spread. Now my lance I assumed that the + meant thicker foam and - means less foam. Turns out its the other way around - for more foam and + for less. Stupid I know but it's just came to my head so thought I'd just post it
