2009 Scirocco 1.4 Tsi DSG Misfire HELP!

Post by dougnzl »

Hi,
I am from NZ, my scicorro has just developed engine misfires! I have found following codes, U0101 Transmission Ecu, value of resistace to great, P01674 ECM Power Relay Load CCT (J271) De engergised to early, value of resistance to great, P0300 Random/multiple cylinder misfires detested, P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire detected. Any Ideas if the first fault codes could cause misfires ? I have removed battery power to car for 10mins to reset , but still same. Any ideas please?

Thanks

Dave

Thanks, yes swapped the coil pack from 4 and 3 , still 4 misfire. Hope its not a major, just spent money on this car getting cam shaft adjuster and chain replaced as per TPI . Getting worried about this engine now, time to move on maybe!
