wheel fitting problems

Post by M4CES »

Need some advice.

I have fitted a set of 9x19 bentley gt split rims on the roc and am getting a noise from the front driver side one. It sounds like a soft grinding noise.

I have checked and the wheels arent rubbing on anything.

I removed them today and put the std wheels back on and the noise has stopped.

The wheels were fitted with the original vw wheel bolts, could this be a problem ?? are the bentley nuts diff ??

Help needed really wanna put the bentleys back on

It's all the same the offset is 1mm different than standard !!

Checked all the split rim bolts today and re-torqued them as some seemed loose. Gonna refit them over the weekend and see if that's it
