Frozen parking sensors?!?

Post by whiteDevil_170 »

So woke up this morning and defrosted the car after last nights freeze. Indicated it was -3 and you could tell. Door handles was frozen solid. Drove to work and went to park up so i selected reverse. And all I heard was BEEEEEEEEEP lol. It froze my parking sensors. I reversed in and I was ok but how annoying.

I've had this before, but it was in January when we had all that snow. I knew it was false immediately, I tend to look around the car still despite the parking sensors. I don't trust them fully sometimes

The sensors were working fine then as the ice was at point blank. Next they will need to add in a defrost for them as well as the headlight washers.
