Post by wigit »

only for a couple of days though, my 35 is in at Revo for some development for a couple of days so they have leant me their project Scirocco

the car is running a K04 conversion, a raft of mods and some rather large Alcon/Stasis brakes (which are just immense at taking off speed) so goes and slows rather well, its work in progress as a diff is due to be installed :D

i just keep having to remember to duck when i get in and out

the 35 is having a having a revised Stage 2 file with linear throttle map and intake, the focus on the 35 has always been handling rather than out right power, it has been great to experience a K04 tsi though which is nicely set up and a bot of a sleeper

They have upgraded the turbo to a K04 (so similar to a R), it is considerably quicker than my Stage 2 Rocco and has the edge over the Ed35 at Stage 2, it set up quite aggressively in terms of tune and suspension so 'full on' the brakes are superb though and i will be enquiring later this afternoon
