Wheels on VW's site

Post by Ryy »

I did do a search for: 1K8071499AAX1 hoping for info, to no avail..

Google-ing reveals it's 8J x 19, a rocco fit, much like the similar lighter colour 1K8071499A16Z.

Does anyone have info on this wheel or know where to obtain. I've emailed, to no avail as yet. I was interested in the VWM wheels, but they were 18's, these look rather nice so would like to know if anyone has experience with them.

ATS? Not a bad thing for me, they do say they are from the track so that'd make sense.

I'd love to have a look how they would go on my motor. Having said that, for the cost of them, I'd prob look at the CHR's from BBS too. I've never seen these ones before on the VW site though. Chung, you looking at them too?

Looks rather good that!

Yeah I saw the wheels 2 years ago when the R Cup cars were using them. Liked them from the off but rather expensive compared to the TDs which are similar in design. But the TDs are very common these days.
