Tyres. Annoyed

Post by stono »

So I got my roc last week, went to view it and the dealer had 2 roc's in. mine had some pzero's on it which i thought was ok... the other (a tdi model) had anthracite wheels, so as part of the deal i said i want the anthracite wheels of the other car.

Annoyingly I didn't look at the tyres.

They're an unknown budget brand. kinda of explains why my traction has been so god awful..

So yey, saved myself a few hundred on the powder coating but have costed myself £500 for a new set of tyres.

Thats annoying. I had mine powder coated anthricite in London for £300. Four P-Zeros (or anything reputable) is going to cost you way more than that.

Was it a VW dealer? Approved Used VW?

Well - if you only said you wanted the wheels off the other car (and not the tyres) ask them for your P-Zero's back!
