I get that when I had Bridgestones. I believe the tyres take on a flat spot when it rests in the garage and so has that 'square wheel' effect until it warms up and tyre roundness is restored.

any chance that the new geometry be causing your tyres to track differently (negative camber) and so be riding on a part of the tyre that may be the source of the noise?
also a less absorbent spring (stiffer rates) will transfer more road imperfections and noise
