Today when taking a look at my car I noticed the resonator was gone and was just straight piped. I knew the exhaust wasn't stock sounding and It actually sounds pretty nice as it is but I was planning on changing the rear silencer out for a straight pipe on that section only. If I go ahead will it be ridiculously loud or will it sound ok but a bit louder with the resonator gone also?
Also any suggestions to what exhaust I change it too
Thanks

Re: Best exhaust upgrade
If you remove the rear silencer then yes it will be ridiculously loud as there will be no silencing at all.
Popular exhausts are Milltek and Powervalve systems which are available resonated and non-resonated. An other option is to speak to a local company that fabricates systems and tell them what type of sound you are looking for and they can make one to your requirements.

Ok I'll take a look, I've seen a few and they're quite expensive so it might be something I look into at a later date
