Haha! Is that a real list?
Why so many if they all do the same?

just different models, they are released every few months with all VAG cars, like seat, audi etc, there loads of models. As long as its UHV you'll be fine. Just pick one of them ones I posted mate and you'll be alright. PS UHV = Universal Handsfrei Verband which means works on ALL handsets with bluetooth not just rSAP which is only compatible with nokias!!!

You have to be careful when selecting modules from that list. Make sure they support all the functions you want - some of those modules have subtle differences

What are the subtle differences?
I want full integration with the rcd510 and the white dot between the dials and UHV.
Streaming Bluetooth is an plus but not essential.
Thanks

re- fiscon basic plus,
ive found it on amazon direct from germany for £240.
If as forums posts say, you can fit yourself in roughly 1/2 -1 hr,
why are audio installers wanting £100 to fit?
theyll probably have it done in less than 1/2 hour!
£200 an hour labour!!

Check out the table in that link you need a uhv module with a2dp and and BAP protocol. Anyone of the modules with that will work mate!

If its similar to factory bluetooth, then you will have to do a little coding to allow full integration. Also running the mic through the headlining can be a pain in the behind! Then if you were mounting the BT module under your seat as opposed to behind climate control unit then the time would stack up. Woulda thought it would take a bit longer than an hour tbh!

From your info and that table I have got a short-list of these:
  • 3C8-035-730-A

    3C8-035-730-B

    3C8-035-730-C

    3C8-035-730-D

    5N0-035-730-D
Just to double check that any of these will work fine on the RCD510 with White display.

Thanks :D Time to shop!
