Dsg issues when in manual mode

Been having this issues 3 times in the past 3-4 weeks.. Im driving the car in manual mode and suddenly it pops into neutral and the gear-numbers flash. If i then just pop it back in Drive everything seems fine and no flashing numbers in the dash.. Have been feeling some kind of slipping/rough shifts when accelerating hard out on the motorway etc. Could it be a clutch issue? Car is Oettinger re-maped to 240 hp and 320 nm i belive it is but has only done 74.000 km!
