Has now been with the dealer and the only thing they have come up with is 2 earth leads that aren't "as right as we would have liked".
Picking up tomorrow so will keep you informed.

maisbitt, Thanks exactly what I'm saying; thank you for making it a little more understandable than I managed too :clap: It's not only the windows that I find a bit sub-standard when comparing the scirocco to the golf; the last one she had had over 50,000 miles on when she part-exed and it still did...

Thanks John, I thought it was as simple as the door needing adjustment. It just perplexes me that this car is supposed to be built with "German" standards; perhaps that doesn't apply to the UK dealers who are selling the cars.

I've only owned the scirocco for just over a week but have noticed that the rubber seals at the top of the doors where they meet the window do not line up with the rear ones. I've attached a few photos and was hoping that people out there could have a look at theirs to see if it was the same. It is ...
