My 2010 Scirocco 170 TDI is fitted with the integral CD changer under the armrest. I bought the car from a dealer at 6 months old and it had been the company accountants car so had many of the additional extras added from new.
Although when I bought the car it had an AMI phone cable lying under the armrest cover I have never had need of it and wondered where on earth the previous owner plugged it in!
Do I assume rightly that the AMI socket is lost to the CD changer unit when this is installed as there is no evidence of a one installed elsewhere?
Just asking as thought this might offer me a simple bluetooth option.
Any help greatly appreciated.
