Is there any differance in pipe sizes between the standard 2.0tsi system and the system fitted to the "R".....other than the dual exit....I assume the R system is designed to flow for gas for the increased HP......

The bore from the downpipe to the middle silencer is 5mm more in bore size. 65mm versus 60mm. 65mm going into the centre resonator box. Going backward after the centre resonator box is 60mm bore into the rear resonator box. 2.0ltr is 60mm bore for the same from front to back.
