That's just amazing!
He's not building that for himself though. As I understood it, he's building the car for someone who still wants to be anonymous. Maybe Kimi Räikkönen is expanding to Rallycross.

No it's petrol engine. An ABF 16v as far as I can see. They are just saying the block is "stronger"

Nah you would just have to spend alot on a custom DSG box, HPA/HGP would build you one they do say they will mod the DSG to take the FT 565 power .

standard VAG 6 speed DSG box bit different to the special DSG box built by Ricardo for the Veyron tho...1 of those boxes costs more than a Roc R fully specced i think!

I was aware it was a bit different.
Autocar has a test of the latest Veyron, 268mph and 0-100mph in 4.94s...
