DSG box oil change

I have a 2.0 petrol with 6 speed DSG box coming up for 2nd annual service. previously have always run classic cars and routinely did engine oil change at 6 months and gearbox change every year. Service schedule does not list gearbox oil change, What do members think?

one other point soon after getting car I was on a motorway in outside lane and stretched my legs- my knee caught the ignition key and turned ignition off- quick panic! If I just tuned the ignition back on would the engine still be turning and would resume normal running, or would the DSG box have automatically disengaged gear and would I have to use the starter. Obviously once ignition is off there is no rev counter display or indication of what gear is selected, and hitting the starter with the engine spinning would make for interesting noises
In the end I managed to coast onto hard shoulder and started engine again

Its 40,000 miles apparently, some used to say 4 years or 40k whichever is sooner but i have not seen it written down.

Its every 60,000km (37,500 miles) with no duration limit in the Maintenance Manual for the 6 speed DSG.
