its on that link?!
Alternatively, you can also simply order your emissions sticker here on the Internet (see below).
To do so, you need part I of your vehicle registration certificate (and/or your vehicle registration document) in electronic form (e.g. as a pdf or jpg file).
For € 15 including VAT and postage, you will receive your emissions sticker in the post without delay.*
*If your car does not qualify for an emissions sticker, we will inform you free of charge and reimburse your payment in full.

Not enough time to get one, my German isn't very good so a little apprehensive about getting it from a centre.
Although I am presuming here that you will just automatically obtain one since the engine in roc is EURO V and the list only displays EURO IV
Just wondered if anyone has already obtained one and what paperwork was required, just the V5?

According to the paperwork online yes all you require is copies of both the front and back of the V5, if you go to a garage they may require the original though. The Roc will automatically qualify according to their guidelines but its up to you how you go about getting one, when do you leave for Germany?

I leave on the 9th February 2011 - you have to carry the V5 with you anyway as it is illegal not to have it on you in the car in Germany.

Getting the sticker is easy, you just need one line of German at the port "Hallo, ich habe viele Drogen in meinem Hintern"

good luck

If yours is a lease or hire car, then a copy of the VE103B Vehicle on Hire Certificate will also suffice.

I got the sticker it was quite easy in the end, fortunately she spoke English as well, also ordered the winter tyre covers from the dealer (because you can't get the stuff over here).
Lasts as long as you keep the car...or replace the windscreen.
