i know a few of you are leaving your MK5's behind to move onto your Scirocco's, however a new forum started in October last year at http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk focusing on the Mark 5 GTI and it is an excellant forum along similar lines to ours and content in some ways equally valid

we have been exchanging ideas with their admin team and the possibilty of some joint meets in the future, they cover for all tastes with members gaving standard cars to some seriosuly modified machinery, beware though this could lead to you getting on the modification slippery slope

they have helped us with some useful contacts which have opened some doors for which we are thankful
