just a quick question for anybody who has got a dsg. Are the paddles actually located on the steering wheel and do they turn with the wheel? or are they fixed behind the wheel? i drive with hand controls so just trying to figure out how this will work although im sure will be fine either way lol

They are on the wheel behind the two horizontal arm parts - topside. They rotate with the steering wheel.

I've marked both paddles in red.

Thanks for that rw. Thought i had spotted them before but wasn't sure. Sure it will be fine anyway. Think sport mode sounds fun too!

If your TDi is a non-GT model, the DSG does not come with paddles. You will need to order the Multi-Function Steering Wheel option as well. GT models the MFSW comes as standard and therefore will have the paddles with DSG.
