Selling my car? Info/Advice needed please!

Hey guys I need a bit of information/advice.
Work for a big technology company as a consultant which means a lot of miles travelled a year (I have put 10k on my Roc since September). I am moving projects to Cheltenham soon which is 95 miles from my home, thankfully I stay in hotels etc but the miles I do per week (I do 90 miles to and from my missus house) will enter 300+ per week.
I get a company car allowance (5k a year which aint a lot) to cover insurance, wear and tear etc.
I bought an ex demo Roc (registered September - 59 plate)
GT SPEC - 140 TDI (Mileage 10,040)
White
DSG
Retrofit Sat Nav/Bluetooth
Retrofit Cruise Control
Retrofit Rear Parking Sensor
Official Mats
The car was 21k and the options on it were nearly a grand.
BEcause of my ever increasing mileage I was thinking whether to cut my losses and sell the car now while I can get 20k back and get a company car (golf or Passat) or an older TDI Golf GT Spec 57 plate for about 12k.
The 5k a year they give me is covering my car loan rates and fuel but the extra costs (business insurance was 1k and servicing etc when its due) will far outweigh the money I receive.
So my question is:
1) Should I sell the car - How much will I get for it? On autotrader there is a 59 plate DSG with 16k miles for 22,895 which is good news for me. Maybe get on the company car scheme where they give me a tdi GT golf and probably pay all my insurance, servicing etc, but no 5 a year allowance.
2) Keep it - Cars are there to be driven, im driving a lot of miles in very nice comfort and having a new car is worth the bother.
Help me guys!
