German spec but it suggests the colours will be white, blue, green, silver and black.

Rising Blue it seems, not VW Racing Blue as has been previously rumoured!

interesting that they class the blue as Rising Blue but the press/display cars so far have been a different shade to the current rising blue..

Yeah the press car definitely looks a touch darker.

What do you mean 6x are R36, as in the same engine from the Passat or they are Passats?

A choice of colors a little bit limited. I read that base price in Germany is:
R 2.0 TSI 195 KW 33.475 € / with DSG 35.350 €

So I guess it would be around 32K in UK.

Dissapointed that there are no unique 'R' colours.

Yeah I agree. Thought they would have had something a bit more lively or different for the R.
As an aside - how come the german brochure uses english words like Deep Black and Rising Blue and Candy. They have their own words for these terms.

You’ve got to be kidding page 8 an RCD 310. Wait for it ........ With 4 x 20 Watt.

Sorely to god not. Can it be justified ? And don't say the old to save weight trick.

We will get an RCD 510 in the UK as per the GT.

The Germans always get low spec kit as standard, its the norm. They also pay a lot more than we do for certain models, so in theory we get a good deal.

I too am really suprised that Firespark is not on the options list for colours, and that the Roc R gets less colours than the Golf R.
