What build week was it if my car was built 2 weeks ago? Do I get the benefit of the new changes to the interior, like new steering wheel, etc? Some of the cars for sale on the VW website have the new changes, and other similar reg's do not

This is week 36.
The new steering wheel etc were introduced around week 22.
