Does anybody know the size of the front scirocco R anti roll bar. Also where I could possibly get one must be a standard one

You could probably get one from your local VW dealer.
No one knows the size of the original front anti roll bar, we do think it is less than the aftermarket upgrade ones. However it has never been measured and confirmed.
