Seat Replacement

I’ve cloth seats and the drivers side bolster has worn enough that’s it now got a hole in it, so I need to replace it.

Thought about swapping the cloth interior for leather seats and door cards.

Any advice, and is it easy to do ?
I’m assuming I would just need to disconnect the battery to prevent any fault codes while doing the swop.
I’m not bothered about heated seats, as I don’t like them, so I’m not bothered about getting them wired up.
The electric bolster adjustment, would be preferable to get this working, and would it be an easy job to do. Is this just a question of getting a power supply to the seats, and if so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for any advice.

Need to ask another question, so apologies for resurrecting the post.....

Finally found and bought a replacement interior, a half leather/Alcantara/cloth trim in fantastic in fantastic condition, just need a decent day without rain to fit the seats and door cards. No electric bolster, so an easy swap.

What is the bit size of the front seats fixings bolts?
Anyone with an answer can they post up, thanks in advance....

Hey just wondering how the install went? I’m planning to do the same for mine! Do I need to set up a power supply for the seat adjustments? And if so how did you do it ?
