Do mk5 Golf seat bases fit the Mk3 Scirocco?

As per the title.
I’m looking to install some seats into my Scirocco and nobody lists seat rails for it.
However, I believe that mk5 golf seat rail kits fit the scirocco without modification, was hoping someone could confirm this was the case please?
