Could a remote start kit be installed on a 2012 R?
There are kits to fit 2012-2014 Passat. and surely others

It would be pretty gangster, and slight convenient for the coming summer.
If a 4WD system can be coded to work on a Scirocco, this should be a breeze.

I don't see why not as there is nothing fundamentally different in the starting system of a Passat vs Scirocco.

Passat NMS BCM is different and is no P&P with Scirocco
