Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum so please don't shoot me down straight away....

I've got 2 questions, Can the RNS315 be update at all? My iPhoneX doesn't connect to the MDI as its says the accessory is not supported.

And I have recently just bought some H7 LED lamps for my headlights and I have now noticed that when in auto the halogen lamps for my main headlights and my DRL are always on....I'm concerned when I put the LED lamps in this will be too bright to have on all day....

Can anyone help me out even if you point me to a post that's already been answered it will be much appreciated.

MDI check you are using a genuine cable. I’m using an iPhone XR with the same head unit. No issues.

Headlights set to auto will put your dipped lights and DRL lights on. This is normal.

I use LED car bus error free 501 lamps. Not too bright at all.
