Engine Whine - 2.0TDi 140bhp

Anyone had issues with turbo whine? Whine matches engine revs .. thought it was interference from my stereo at first but no. Seems to be coming from passenger side which would indicate to me and I really do hope I'm wrong its the turbo.

Does the whine sound like a failed wheel bearing?
