Rough 30-40miles an hour

Hi,
I have seen similar type of topics but not identical to my case.
Car been a bit rough on 30-40miles per hour for few months time but for the past few weeks it became more visible while driving, it is getting worse, wheras before I would still had good amount of power once I floor it but now it does seem that I have lost about 30-40% of its power. Anyone dealt with this case?
Car: 2.0tsi custom rolling map, ramair air intake, R8 voils, full exhaust system, decat, diversion valve and custom rolling map
