2008 GT 2.0 TSi, rough idle and misfire

I've a 2008 GT 2.0 TSi and it's just developed an engine fault. A couple of weeks ago the CEL came on and it was a "P0171 - System too lean (bank 1)" code. The tickover was also pretty rough. I looked into this and the most likely cause seemed to be the PCV valve. I replaced that, along with the front breather hose, but it hasn't solved the tickover problem. Apart from ticking over the car feels to be driving fine once it's going.
I took it for a drive and am now getting pending P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, and P0304 codes - these are misfires on all cylinders. I took off the connectors to the coil packs, checked they were clean and re-seated them but that all seems to be fine. Prior to changing the PVC I hadn't seen these particular codes, just the P0171. It's still flagging a misfire across all cylinders.
I'm not sure if it's related but there is quite a vacuum on the oil filler cap and dipstick, at tickover then get sucked shut.
Is it possible the rough tickover is caused by something else and in changing the PCV I somehow also disrupted the ignition system?
Any thoughts on what to do next please?
