Twincharge no start??!!

Hi, my sons 2010 1.4 twincharge died whilst driving and had to be recovered home, I scanned with BCD’s and got an engine code of 001378-system voltage, p0582-000-to low-intermittent. After searching internet for meaning it came up with possible causes being battery, alternator, voltage regulator, charge circuit wiring or earthing points, I have changed or checked all of these this weekend but still have the same fault and no start. Have checked coil packs with ohm meter and fuses in fuse box, car will turn over and try to start but judders a lot and dies, am I missing something? I know of the timing chain issues, that wouldn’t make it die at side of road? Why am I only getting electrical fault code? Are there any relays I can check, thanks in advance for any further clues on this. Vince.
