Glove box hinge / arm buzz

Morning guys,
I’ve been lurking on for a few years and always found great knowledge and answers... finally need to post as I’ve search and searched.
I’ve had a rattle for a while, more of a buzz - from the glove box. I’ve done a lot of tests and it’s either the hinge or the arm that lowers the door.
I’ve finally got the glove box out but wondered if anyone know a way to silence the buzz?
Or had anything similar?
