Scirocco Central

Hi I have a 2013 Scirocco 2,0 tdi R Line. My battery died over night and car wouldn’t start so battery was completely drained. I have now jump started the car which has charged the battery, the passenger side window opens and closes fine however the driver side window is fully open which means the door doesn’t close properly as well. The driver side window won’t wind down using the internal switch or the car key.
Any ideas what might fix this?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to reset the module.
