Retrofit MFSW and Paddles

Hello All,
Looking for some help as new to the forum. I currently have a 2011 2.0 GT TDI 170 DSG and looking to retrofit the MFSW and paddle shift.
I got the Scirocco just over a year ago and it came with the R package previously installed which includes the R MFSW. None of the buttons or paddles work as they were never connected up and I am unsure what parts I would need to get it all working.
I know I need the following components just don't know the part numbers:
Controller module that fits under the SW when taking off the bottom plastic cover.
replacement stalk for the wiper side as it has display controls (2 toggles and 1 button underneath)
Wiring harness for the airbag
VCDS software with cable
Also unsure as to whether I would need the full stalker replacement or just the wiper side (I guess this can be found from the year 2011)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
