As it seems to disappear when you rev it could be a wire that's touching the back of the dash and the resonant frequency at idle is enough to just make it vibrate enough to tap the dash.

Hi,thanks will check it up but it’s strange that it’s came up from nowhere.I seen similar ish sound on YouTube and guy said it was faulty oil separator ...
