HELP, Passenger window

Hey guys,
So this weekend i have replaced the speakers in my Scirocco.
Now i am not sure if it was like this before, or if i have done something wrong.
When i go to open the passenger door, the window has a delay.
I pull the hand and it doesnt do anything, untill i move the door, it isnt much of an issue, but just the window shakes a little, is this normal... or is there an issue? what would the fix be?
When i was swapping the speakers i didnt touch that mechanism so any advise would be great.
