Black panel next to glass roof peeled off

I just polished my scirocco with a rotary polisher. I remembered that I managed to continously move the rotary from left to right without holding it still. When I inspected the surface, I noticed that there's a swollen spot and this bubble would not go away. It looks like this piece of panel is a wrapped by Vinyl (glossy black). Anyone experienced this. I tried to search this part on ETKA and could not find the part no.
