Mfd relay

I have a 2012 scirocco 2l 4motion diesel automatic with paddle shift. The mfd, radio and horn controls on the steering wheel have stopped working, I have been told that it could be either the relay 451 or 452 that is faulty.
Please can anyone tell me where the relay is located.

Under the steering wheel. Take out the panel at the foot area.
Clock spring in the steering wheel could also be damaged.
No airbag light yet?

The air bag warning light is intermittent

My airbag warning came on after checking some of the fuses and pulling them out. Is this a fault or does this normally happen after taking out fuses? I’m not sure if I took out the air bag fuse and put it back in.

If it was the power supply of the airbag when the battery was not detached then it's normal you get a fault code.

Clear it with Vcds or other fault scan device.
