I'm aware a few people never received a copy of their cars owner's manual when they bought their car.

I've just stumbled across this page on the VW UK website and says you can view manuals for cars 2011 onwards.

I actually found the manual after 3 weeks !! It was 'hidden' in the top of the hand box... And it was a black map so I didn't notice until I noticed the airbag on off button I discovered that there was a map

Glad you found it but I'm surprised it took you so.long as you were told that was where it was normally located by another member
