Oil pressure low causing orange engine management light?

Hi everyone,
After some help, i have a 1.4 TSI and had the timing chain changed 2 months ago as it had stretched... at 60,000 miles, brilliant! So they changed that and i then had a oil leak due to them not fitting a seal properly, again brilliant! So since then the engine management light keeps coming on, i take it to the garage they dont do much but turn the light off, a week later its back on again. So enough is enough and i take it down to the garage kick off big time and they say there is only one fault on the diagnostics now and its that the oil pressure is too low but apparently not low enough to bring the red oil light up. I am wondering if anyone knows as to why this is happening? if this is what could of caused the chain to stretch?how much is this gonna cost me to sort? I want to sell the car but cant bring myself to sell it with the problems its currently got. Any help would be very much appreciated as i am at a loss and its already cost me £800 to get the chain done!
Thanks in advance
